HR Executive - Recruitment Operations

Key Requirements

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

Coordination with clients and internal teams for manpower needs

HR operations support (attendance, documentation, compliance)

Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

Coordination between head office and site operations

Key Responsibilities / Qualifications

Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2–4 years experience in recruitment/HR operations

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple vacancies under deadlines

MS Office and job portal proficiency
