Job Roll
• Pay Roll Management
• Compliance of labor laws and EPF/ETF matters
• Compose and maintain monthly report database.
• Manage employee benefits such as insurance Doc, and internet allowance.
• Assist in disciplinary Matters.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
Candidate profile
• Part. Full Professional qualified in HRM or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute / University
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations and handling the HRIS Payroll System
• Good Command of English &Computer literacy
• Be a driven & committed team player with excellent interpersonal and self-management skills.
• knowledge and experience in performance management are prerequisites
• Good Communication skills & Contact With third-party suppliers
