ใ~ใโช Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
ใ~ใโช Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate culture environment in similar capacity
ใ~ใโช Sound knowledge about labour laws & stipulated regulations
ใ~ใโช Proven HR analytical & Presentation skills
ใ~ใโช Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
ใ~ใโช Should be very familiar with HRIS systems and IT
ใ~ใโช Ability to supervise and administer the work of the staff
ใ~ใโช Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks
ใ~ใโช Age below 35
ใ~ใโช Applicants must reside in Biyagama, Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, Kaduwela areas

ใ~ใโช Handling all statutory payments/documents in a systematic manner for further decision making and generating reports for the management
ใ~ใโช Periodically handling performance reviews and evaluations of various departments
ใ~ใโช Prepare/provide documentation on salary confirmations, service letters, EPF/ETF documents, and other letters/documents

ใ~ใโช We offer an attractive remuneration package & incentives that are above market standards for the suitable candidate.
ใ~ใโช Attractive salary package will be offered depending on experience & capability
ใ~ใโช Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM, Saturday 8.00 AM - 1.00 PM
