HR Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations and supporting the organization's most valuable asset – its people.
Responsibilities
- Leading the hiring process, from sourcing to selecting candidates and managing new hire onboarding programs.
- Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture, and planning retention strategies.
- Ensuring company adherence to labor laws, managing payroll processing, and overseeing employee benefits administration.
- Coordinating performance evaluations, supporting goal tracking, and facilitating employee training.
Requirements
- GCE A/L
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience
Salary
- LKR 60,000 – LKR 90,000
