We are seeking a responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, attendance, employee records, and statutory compliance (EPF/ETF) at our Dehiwala office.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (posting ads, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
• Handle attendance management and leave records.
• Process and coordinate EPF/ETF contributions and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate visa documentation and other regulatory requirements (if applicable).
• Support management in HR reporting and administrative tasks.
• Handle employee inquiries and maintain positive workplace communication.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in HR or an administrative role.
• Good knowledge of EPF/ETF procedures and statutory compliance.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
