HR Executive
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at our exciting Tea Avenue. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth HR processes and help create a positive, engaging work environment in a dynamic, customer-focused setting. This position requires onsite work arrangements.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with HR processes and employment laws
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
