We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to assist with documentation and administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records (both physical and digital).
✅ Update and ensure accuracy of HR files, including contracts, performance appraisals, and attendance records.
✅ Support the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents
✅ Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and other relevant data.
✅ Manage data entry tasks in HR systems.
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
✅ Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive HR information.
✅ Assist in the documentation required for onboarding new employees.
Qualifications:
✅ Location: Must be able to work in the Kiribathgoda area.
✅ Age: Below 26 years
✅ Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, data management, and payroll support.
✅ Education: A recognized educational background in Human Resources or related fields.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
