About the role
Job Description
- Sounds Knowledge in EPF ETF Documentation Handling.
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as data entry and invoice processing.
- Work with the team to ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
- Handle general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Heading to the bank to conduct financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Professional Qualifications in HR, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Qualified in G.C.E O/L and G.C.E A/L
- Prior experience in HR administration and/or finance is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
