Job description:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper cum Server to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
• Make beds, change linens, restock towels and amenities.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding.
• Handle meal service - laying the table for meals, serving guests, clearing, cleaning and washing up afterwards.
• Clean and maintain crockery, cutlery, glassware & table linen.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to management promptly.
• Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and inventories.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to dispose of trash and ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
• Maintain high personal cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Translate menus from English to Tamil & Sinhala.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Housekeeper cum Server in a hotel, villa, or luxury property.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Friendly and professional attitude with excellent communication skills. Must be able to understand English.
• Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
