Housekeeper
A responsible, discreet individual with a well-groomed appearance is sought to maintain and oversee a small villa in Aluthgama.
During extended periods when the owner is absent, you will act as the primary caretaker for two dogs. You will monitor their health, provide food, engage with them, and ensure their overall well-being. Prior experience handling dogs is required, along with a caring and attentive approach.
Duties also include maintenance and upkeep of the house and property. You will ensure order, safety, and cleanliness across the premises, and oversee the proper functioning of technical equipment. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to the property and carrying out basic garden work such as watering plants, removing leaves, and cutting grass. Additionally, you will maintain the riverbank area, remove debris, and drain boats after rainfall.
For safety reasons, the ability to swim is required.
Inside the house, you will be responsible for cleanliness, including keeping floors clean, maintaining furniture, and ensuring bathrooms are hygienic.
During the owner’s absence, you are expected to be present on the property for at least 8 hours per day. When the owner is present, working hours will be limited to essential daily tasks, approximately 4 hours per day. No cooking is required.
Accommodation and meals are not provided.
Communication preferably in English.
Salary: LKR 10,000 per week plus a monthly bonus of LKR 15,000 for full attendance throughout the month.

ගෙදර සහ භූමිය නඩත්තු කිරීමද ඔබගේ වගකීමක් වේ. ඔබට පිළිවෙල, ආරක්ෂාව සහ පිරිසිදුකම තහවුරු කළ යුතු අතර, තාක්ෂණික උපකරණ නිසි ලෙස ක්රියා කරන බව පරීක්ෂා කළ යුතුය. අනවසර පුද්ගලයින්ගෙන් භූමිය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සහ ගස්වත්ත වැඩ (පැළවලට ජලය දීම, කොළ ඉවත් කිරීම, තණකොළ කපීම) සිදු කළ යුතුය. තවද, ගංගා किनාරය පිරිසිදුව තබා ගැනීම, ගංගාවේ පාවී එන දේ ඉවත් කිරීම සහ වැසි වැටීමෙන් පසු නාවිකා වල ජලය ඉවත් කිරීමද ඔබගේ වගකීම වේ.
ආරක්ෂාව සඳහා ඔබට පිහිනීමට හැකි විය යුතුය.
ගෙදර ඇතුළත පිරිසිදුකම ඔබට භාර වේ. ඔබ බිම් පිරිසිදු තබා ගැනීම, අස්බඩ සම්භාරය නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ නාන කාමර පිරිසිදු තබා ගැනීම සිදු කළ යුතුය.
මාලිකයා නොපැමිණෙන අවස්ථාවලදී දිනකට අවම වශයෙන් පැය 8ක් භූමියේ සිටිය යුතුය. මාලිකයා පැමිණි විට දිනපතා අවශ්ය වැඩ සඳහා පමණක්, සමාන්යයෙන් පැය 4ක් පමණ සේවය කිරීමට අවශ්ය වේ. පිසීම අවශ්ය නොවේ.
වාසස්ථානය සහ ආහාර සපයනු නොලැබේ.
සන්නිවේදනය සඳහා ඉංග්රීසි භාෂාව දැනුමක් තිබීම වඩාත් සුදුසුය.
වැටුප: සතියකට LKR 10,000ක් සහ සම්පූර්ණ මාසය පුරා අඛණ්ඩ සේවය සඳහා මාසික බෝනස් ලෙස LKR 15,000ක්.
