💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Diploma/Degree/Certificate Course in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related field

【~】✪ 2–4 years warehouse experience (medical device/pharma preferred)

【~】✪ Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and batch/lot traceability

【~】✪ Familiar with inventory/ERP systems (SAP B1)

【~】✪ Good organizational and documentation skills

【~】✪ Physically fit and detail-oriented

【~】✪ Basic knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements will be considered an added advantage

【~】✪ Proactive and able to manage tasks independently

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Detail-oriented and organized professional

【~】✪ Proactive and self-motivated

【~】✪ Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

【~】✪ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

【~】✪ Physically fit for warehouse duties

【~】✪ Receive and verify incoming materials as per purchase documents

【~】✪ Ensure proper identification, labelling, and traceability (batch/lot control)

【~】✪ Maintain FIFO/FEFO system for stock rotation

【~】✪ Store products under required environmental conditions

【~】✪ Compliance with Good Housekeeping Practices

【~】✪ Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

【~】✪ Monitor expiry dates and prevent use of expired items

【~】✪ Control nonconforming products as per QMS procedures

【~】✪ Prepare and verify materials for dispatch

【~】✪ Maintain warehouse documentation as per ISO 13485 requirements
