Commis Chef – Hot Kitchen

We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef to join our hot kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards, maintaining food hygiene and safety, assisting senior chefs, and ensuring all orders are served on time. You must keep the kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean at all times, as cleanliness is mandatory. You should work well under pressure, follow instructions, maintain stock properly, and be a reliable team player. Accommodation and meals will be provided.
