Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in the hot kitchen section.
Maintain high standards of food quality, kitchen hygiene, and cleanliness.
Ensure all orders are prepared efficiently and consistently during peak hours.
Requirements
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
Age: Between 18 and 50 years.
Qualities: Must be highly disciplined, honest, and loyal to the organization.
Experience: Prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but a great work ethic is essential.
Working Hours & Shifts
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (9-hour shift).
Break: A scheduled break is provided in the middle of the shift.
Compensation & Growth
Starting Salary: 70,000 LKR per month.
Salary Increments: Performance-based raises will be provided based on your experience, loyalty, and long-term commitment to the company.
