ใ~ใโช Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Additional certifications added advantage.
ใ~ใโช Proven experience in call center management, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
ใ~ใโช Strong leadership and people management skills.
ใ~ใโช Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
ใ~ใโช Familiarity with call center technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

ใ~ใโช Develop and execute strategic plans for the call center to enhance customer service operations.
ใ~ใโช Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
ใ~ใโช Oversee the implementation of call center technologies and tools to improve service delivery.
ใ~ใโช Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
ใ~ใโช Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
ใ~ใโช Establish and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures.
ใ~ใโช Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of call center staff.
ใ~ใโช Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
