Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
• Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Assist guests with directions, casino rules, and services offered.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Tamil or Sinhala.
• Hindi-speaking ability is an additional advantage.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front office roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Must be presentable and maintain a professional appearance.
