Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment, focusing on air conditioning and refrigeration systems used in ice cream production.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
Travel to hotels and other locations to inspect and maintain ice cream carts, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, preferably within the food, dairy, or hospitality industry.
NVQ Level 3 or 4 or other acceptable trade qualifications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
Additional Requirement:
Having a bike for site visits (Hotels) and event attendance is highly preferred (fuel will be provided by the company).
