Garden Plant Care Specialist

Overview:

At The Balcony Project, we care for plants with expertise and attention to detail. We are looking for passionate Plant Care Specialists (Plant Doctors) to maintain greenery in high-end residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle plant care including watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and cleaning

• Monitor plant health and treat issues early

• Maintain the overall look and styling of plants at client sites

• Assist with plant installations and styling

• Work closely with the Project Supervisor

• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all sites

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field

• Basic to intermediate plant care knowledge

• Willing to travel across Colombo and nearby areas

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: LKR 55,000
