• Handle inquiries, manage appointments, and maintain a well-organized front desk.
• Provide technical support or guidance related to our services/products.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Knowledge in Lathe, Milling, CNC.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly demeanor and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Previous experience in a front office or technical role is a plus
