Front Office Executive – Lavinia Blue Boutique Hotel
Location: Mount Lavinia
Experience: 6 Months. (School leavers are encouraged to apply.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Operate the hotel's billing system and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in hospitality, especially in front office operations, will be added advantage.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, etc.).
