We are looking for a responsible and energetic Food Dispatch + Security Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, trustworthy, and capable of handling both dispatch duties and security responsibilities with professionalism.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
Food Dispatch Duties
Coordinate and manage all outgoing food dispatches on time
Ensure accurate packing, labelling, and order verification
Maintain proper handling of food packages to ensure quality
Communicate effectively with kitchen, service staff, and delivery personnel
Maintain dispatch records and assist with inventory movements
Security Duties
Monitor entry and exit points of the premises
Ensure safety of staff, visitors, property, and company assets
Check vehicles and personnel as required
Maintain security logs and incident records
Report any suspicious activity immediately to management
🔸 Requirements
Previous experience in security, dispatch, or related fields (preferred)
Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
Ability to multitask and handle both dispatch and security duties
Physically fit and alert
Willingness to work flexible hours when required
