Food & Beverage Manager

Join our team at Celestial Tea Co.! We’re looking for a skilled and professional Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our F&B operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations in our café & Restaurant.

- Attractive salary: 90,000 – 100,000 LKR

Requirements:

- Ability to work in English with good speaking and understanding skills

- Experience in food and beverage operations and staff management

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Detail-oriented and professional attitude

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work in shifts: 8 AM – 8 PM or 8 AM – 9 PM

More than 1 year of experience in a similar role
