A leading FMCG company is in search of a young energetic individual who can develop it's institutional channel business.
The primary responsibility of the Institutional Sales Rep's role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with companies, government and non government associations in the assigned institutional market channels.
Key Responsibilities / Duties;
• Achieve all the set targets within the given time frame
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets (value)
• Development of new sales avenues and acquire new customers in the assigned region to grow the channel business
• Maintain Required Distribution Standard and Service Levels
• Assist in channel operational work for smooth business functionality
• Build up Relationship to Maximize the stakeholder levels and sales performance
Work Experience / Knowledge:
• Minimum 2 years of professional working experience
• Relevant experience in FMCG sector is preferred
• Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients in assigned market segments
• Must have excellent sales skills
