ใ~ใ Minimum 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L
ใ~ใ Strong knowledge of transport operations, route planning, and basic vehicle maintenance
ใ~ใ Computer literacy in MS Office, fleet management software, or GPS tracking
ใ~ใ 1โ2 years of relevant experience
ใ~ใ Good communication skills in English and Sinhala

ใ~ใ Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery KPIs; align transport schedules with customer needs
ใ~ใ Oversee preventive maintenance, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, compliant, and fully documented
ใ~ใ Arrange breakdown assistance and recovery operations; control costs through fuel efficiency measures
ใ~ใ Optimize routes, minimize idle time, and enforce driver safety and transport policies
ใ~ใ Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with traffic, labor, and environmental regulations
ใ~ใ Prepare and submit periodic transport performance and monthly fleet analysis reports
