Requirements:
Female candidates below 28 years of age (preferred)
Based in Colombo or willing to work in Colombo
Experience in administrative roles
Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E. A/L (any stream)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily doctor call reports and ensure accurate and timely updates
Prepare and manage reports, data entries, and administrative documentation
Track field staff activities using GPS tracking systems and generate regular reports
Assist in designing basic marketing materials, including posters, flyers, presentations, and social media creatives
Coordinate with marketing teams, vendors, and designers as required
Support smooth day-to-day administrative and marketing operations
