• Uphold a high standard of service to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
• Proficiency in English,Sinhala,Tamil,and any other languages is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and social media management
• Use data analytics to track customer behavior and predict trends. • Age between 20-32 years.
