Field Sales Executive (Male)

Key Responsibilities
Visit restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and other businesses to introduce BIGPOS solutions.
Generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
Schedule appointments and conduct professional product demonstrations.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable POS solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities until closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records.
Represent the BIGPOS brand professionally at client meetings and business events.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Sinhala and English (both spoken and written).
Tamil language skills will be an added advantage.
Must own a motorcycle with a valid riding licence.
Willing to travel extensively to visit customers across assigned areas.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in meeting new clients.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications
Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
OR currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
Candidate Profile
Age: 22–27 years
Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales.
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Able to work independently and manage daily field visits.
Driven to achieve targets and build a successful sales career.
