Customer Support Executive (Work From Home)

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented female to join our team as a Customer Support Executive (Work From Home).
Salary: Rs. 40,000
(Training: Rs. 30,000 for 3–6 months)
Working Hours:
Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun: 2.30 PM – 11.30 PM
Wed (half day): 5.30 PM – 11.30 PM
Thu: Day off
The work schedule includes five full days and one half-day each week, even on holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer chats & inquiries (English & Sinhala).
Update systems & manage online orders.
Ensure smooth and accurate daily operations.
Requirements:
A good computer & stable internet connection (fiber preferred).
Calm, distraction-free home environment.
Must be committed, responsible & detail-oriented.
Prior experience in customer support / e-commerce is an advantage (not mandatory).
Based in Colombo (preferred).
