Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Farm Manager to oversee the overall operations of a coconut farm, monitor a goat farm, and manage an on-site guest house. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in farm management, basic financial handling skills, and the ability to supervise staff while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the coconut farm, including planting, maintenance,
• Manage farm labor and ensure productivity and discipline
• Supervise daily care, feeding, and health of goats
• Monitor breeding, cleanliness, and overall livestock wellbeing
• Manage daily operations of the guest house
• Coordinate housekeeping, basic maintenance, and guest requirements
• Handle petty cash and maintain basic expense records
• Monitor farm-related expenses and control operational costs
• Prepare simple reports on farm activities and expenses
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the farm or agricultural industry
• Practical experience in estate, plantation, or livestock management is required
• Ability to handle petty cash and basic record keeping
• Good leadership and people management skills
Age Requirement:
• Below 50 years of age
