Executive Support Lead (PA to CEO / Secretary)
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and sophisticated professional to provide high-level administrative support. This multifaceted role combines the duties of a PA to the CEO, Front-Office Reception, and Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
PA to the CEO: Manage complex schedules, correspondence, and confidential tasks with absolute discretion.
Front Office & Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for a wide variety of high-profile clients and internal staff.
Secretarial Duties: Organize documents, maintain records, and prepare professional reports.
Accounting Support: Possess a good understanding of accounting systems to assist with financial coordination and basic bookkeeping.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a small administrative team to ensure office efficiency.
What we are looking for:
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proven experience in an administrative, secretarial, or leadership role.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse clients and staff.
Familiarity with accounting software/systems.
