We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive- Compliance & Administration for one of our clients in the casino industry. This is a full-time, office-based role located at Lotus Tower. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax-related functions and ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements in Sri Lanka.
Position : Executive- Compliance & Administration
Location: Colombo 10
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Salary Range: LKR 80,000 – 120,000 (based on experience & qualifications)
Age – Between 35 - 45

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit statutory reports, returns, and regulatory documentation accurately and on time.
Perform any other finance and compliance-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
Experience in handling financial and other statutory matters.
Exposure to liaising with: IRD, CBSL,BOI,SLTDA, CMC, Financial Intelligence Unit of Sri Lanka (FIU), Department of Imports and Exports
