Executive - Collection / Recoveries

American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka's bottled water industry & a market leader in the FMCG sector in Sri Lanka with a staff strength of over 1200, with an extended reach across Logistics & SCM, Construction, Polymer Packaging sectors within Sri Lanka as well as other Asian markets, is looking for a Collections & Recoveries Executive for immediate employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivables, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

# 💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : EXECUTIVE/COORDINATOR - COLLECTION & RECOVERIES

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Should have passed G.C.E O/L

【~】✪ Minimum 1 year exposure on collections & recoveries

【~】✪ Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to achieve deadlines Familiarity with billing procedures and collection techniques

【~】✪ Proficiency in MS Office package

【~】✪ Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English, spoken ability in Tamil will be added an advantage

【~】✪ Valid riding license and possessing a motor bike will be an added advantage

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Contact Debtors: Reach out to clients via phone, email, or mail to remind them of outstanding payments

【~】✪ Monitor Accounts: Regularly review accounts to identify overdue payments

【~】✪ Negotiate Payment Plans: Work with clients where required to establish repayment schedules that are feasible and ensure timely debt recovery

【~】✪ Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications Resolve Disputes: Address and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies

【~】✪ Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with the company policy and procedures

【~】✪ Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on collection status and progress to management
