Immediate Vacancies Available for Executive Chef – Star Level Restaurant in Wattala.
Responsibility
# Ability to turn out Western and Sri Lankan dishes.
# Manage a staff of 8.
# Lead the kitchen team's preparations for the Buffet , Takeout, Dining and other special F& B
Arrangements.
# Costing and menu planning is required as per PoS.
# Keep food costs within budget.
# Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
# Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes and presentation to maintain quality standards.
# Manage Inventory, Order supplies and control food costs as per the system.
# The ability to work under pressure.
Requirement
【~】 Should possess a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related Culinary qualification
【~】Age 45 - 55 years Male.
【~】More than 5 years’ Experience in relevant field.
【~】Must have good discipline.
【~】Strong understanding of food safety and Food Quality standards
【~】Expertise in traditional Cook techniques and flavors.
【~】Creative ability to craft authentic dishes.
