Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
Expertise in hot/cold kitchen operations and food preparation.
High standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
