📍 Full Time | Colombo & Galle (2 Positions Available)

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level

【~】✪ Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Management (added advantage)

【~】✪ 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development

【~】✪ Valid riding license (company maintained motorbike with fuel provided, including personal use)

【~】✪ Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

【~】✪ Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals

【~】✪ Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

【~】✪ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

【~】✪ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities

【~】✪ Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients

【~】✪ Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction

【~】✪ Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into sales

【~】✪ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to the management

【~】✪ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

【~】✪ Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer visits as required

【~】✪ Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in line with company policies
