💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Education: Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Development/Sales, or a related discipline.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or sales within the pharmaceutical, medical equipment, FMCG, or related industries.

Skills: Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills with the ability to professionally represent the Hemas brand.

Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated individual with good planning and territory management skills.

Other: Ability to travel frequently, manage field activities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to prepare presentations and analytical reports.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Drive revenue growth for the assigned cluster by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with consultants, hospitals, corporates, and other key stakeholders to enhance service referrals and sample volumes.

Conduct regular field visits, competitor analysis, and market development activities to increase brand visibility and cluster performance.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Work on periodic sales reports, monitor KPIs, and execute relevant activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Organize and participate in community health screenings, medical camps, and awareness initiatives to promote Hemas Laboratories’ service offerings.
