💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (HEMAS LABORATORIES)

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Development/Sales or a related discipline.

1–3 years of experience in business development, healthcare marketing or sales within the pharmaceutical, medical equipment or FMCG industries.

Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.

Target oriented, self-motivated individual with good planning and territory management skills.

Ability to travel frequently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in MS Office (presentations & analytical reports).

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄:

Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.

1–3 years of relevant experience (pharma, healthcare, FMCG, etc.).

Strong networking & negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, good at territory management.

Willing to travel frequently.

Proficient in MS Office.

Drive revenue growth for assigned cluster (new opportunities + existing clients).

Build partnerships with consultants, hospitals, corporates & key stakeholders.

Conduct field visits, competitor analysis & market development activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards.

Prepare sales reports, monitor KPIs, and execute activities to meet revenue targets.

Organize community health screenings, medical camps & awareness initiatives.

💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄:

Revenue growth & client relationship management.

Stakeholder partnership development.

Field visits & market analysis.

Internal team collaboration for service excellence.

KPI monitoring & sales reporting.
