🌴 Job Vacanc Electrical & Low Voltage Technician (Live-In Position – Kalpitiya)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician to join our team in Kalpitiya. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
air conditioning, electrical systems, and low voltage installations.
This is a live-in position, and comfortable air-conditioned accommodation** will be provided on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain of all electrical related matters.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and maintenance
- Handle low voltage systems including CCTV, Wi-Fi, and network cabling
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical, and low voltage system maintenance
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues
- Good communication skills and a basic understanding of English
- Experience in hotel or villa maintenance is a plus
- Previous overseas experience will be highly appreciated
