We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Appliance Technician to join our dynamic team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and ice cube makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and servicing on electrical appliances using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Conduct preventive maintenance and installations at customer sites.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate service records.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily repair targets.
Requirements:
G.C.E. O/L qualification (minimum 5 passes including Mathematics and Science).
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in appliance repair (fresh NVQ holders encouraged to apply).
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and common appliance components.
Valid driving license and own transport preferred.
Good communication skills in Sinhala/English.
