# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

• Minimum 1 year experience of handling online sales and customer care will be an added advantage.

•Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) including credit passes for English and Mathematics.

•Excellent knowledge in data analytics tools and techniques.

•Good communication skills.

•Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.

•A Degree or any other qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

• Coordinate web orders with singer shops.

• Monitor stock availability on web site.

• Validate payments, arrange refunds and follow up payments with courier services.

·Preparation of reports and processing of payment vouchers.

• Follow up web order deliveries.

•Manage customer complaints and inquiries.
