Digital Operations Executive
We are hiring a responsible and organized female candidate to support Twixen’s IT, digital marketing, social media, CRM, API, website, Android app, AI, influencer coordination, content production, and campaign-related activities.
The selected candidate will manage and monitor company social media platforms, respond to customer inquiries professionally, post approved content, support digital campaigns, assist with CRM updates, test website and Android app functions, report technical issues, and coordinate with developers, creators, influencers, and management when required.
She must maintain accurate records, protect company data, follow approval procedures, keep all login details and business information confidential, and use company systems only for official work. The candidate should also support new technology research, AI-assisted work, basic troubleshooting, reporting, and workflow improvement.
**Tamil language fluency is compulsory. English, Sinhala, and Tamil fluency is required. Without Tamil language ability, candidates should not apply.**
