Digital Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager – Colombo 04
Description:
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth of our luxury jewelry brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, Meta advertising, content strategy, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and online sales.
Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Manage website updates, product launches, and email marketing campaigns.
Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, and influencers to create premium content.
Monitor digital marketing KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of social media trends and luxury branding.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience in the jewellery, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.
