ARTESIA is looking for a dynamic, reliable female team member to manage in-store operations and support our online marketing and social media presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, understands digital platforms, and is comfortable handling customers both online and in-store.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
In-Store (Pelawatta Showroom)
* Handle walk-in customers professionally
* Assist customers with styling, sizing, and product selection
* Manage daily showroom operations
* Coordinate orders, stock, and basic reporting
Online Marketing & Social Media
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp customer inquiries
* Assist with posting content (reels, stories, posts)
* Support online promotions, campaigns, and launches
* Coordinate with management on content ideas and offers
🔹 Requirements
* Female candidate preferred
* Good communication skills (Sinhala & English)
* Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business
* Interest in fashion and online marketing
* Basic computer / smartphone skills
* Prior retail or social media experience is a plus (not mandatory)
💰 Salary & Benefits
* Basic Salary: LKR 35,000
* Online Marketing & Social Media Allowance: LKR 20,000
* Performance-Based Incentives: Yes
* Total Expected Earnings: Around LKR 65,000 – 70,000
