We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Marketer cum Receptionist to manage our social media presence, handle customer inquiries, and support front-desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers online and over the phone, creating social media content, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication with clients and visitors.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.

Respond promptly to social media messages, comments, and customer inquiries.

Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports on engagement and growth.

Coordinate with management to promote products, services, events, and special offers.

Assist with basic graphic design, photography, and video content creation.

Reception & Customer Service

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as required.
