About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online audience, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Manage social media calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.
Monitor comments, messages, and online conversations, responding professionally and promptly.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
Work with content creators, influencers, and partners to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to create engaging content and basic graphic/video assets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of paid advertising is an advantage.
