We are looking for an Office Work Assistant to support our team in a Transport Company. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry tasks and the ability to create invoices based on transport supply and services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into Excel and Word documents accurately.
Create and manage invoices for transport services.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Familiarity with construction marketing (preferred, but not required).
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
Ability to generate invoices based on transport supply and service details.
A basic understanding of construction marketing would be an advantage (not necessary but preferred).
