We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support by training customers on our systems and software.
Install and configure software on customers' PCs (Drivers and POS), ensuring they are fully operational.
Offer remote support to customers for most of the tasks, minimizing the need for on-site visits.
Conduct on-site customer training when necessary, with additional transport allowance provided.
Ensure that customers are satisfied and confident in using our products and services.
Close new customer accounts and receive additional bonuses for each successful closing.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
Strong technical skills and the ability to install and configure software on various systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
Willingness to travel for on-site customer training when required.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
