Customer Support Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, responding to emails and WhatsApp messages, and coordinating timely delivery of jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate staff

- Handling incoming and outgoing email & whatsapp messages

- Greeting visitors and clients with a friendly attitude

- Assisting with data entry and record-keeping

- Supporting other administrative staff as needed
