We are a growing online cosmetic shop based in Dubai and Sri Lanka, looking for a Sinhala-speaking FEMALE to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Who You Are:
• A FEMALE candidate living in or around Dehiwala (preferably within 2-3 km).
• Someone with a strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
• Proficient in English and comfortable working with tools like Excel.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new processes.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond to 100-150 daily customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Process and verify online orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct.
3. Coordinate with couriers for timely pickups and deliveries, resolving any delays efficiently.
4. Pack items carefully, maintaining quality standards for shipping.
5. Track shipments and maintain detailed records of orders and deliveries.
6. Assist the manager with daily CX-related tasks and handle ad hoc duties as required.
7. Update and maintain accurate records in Excel and other tracking systems.
8. Conduct regular stock checks and notify the manager when items need restocking.
9. Ensure workspace and inventory are well-organized at all times.
10. Training will be provided to help you excel in all aspects of the role.
