ใ~ใโช โข Manage inbound and outbound voice calls in a timely manner.
ใ~ใโช โข Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
ใ~ใโช โข Identify client needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
ใ~ใโช โข Resolve client complaints efficiently and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
ใ~ใโช โข Maintain client records by updating information.
ใ~ใโช โข Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
ใ~ใโช โข Adhere to the company's policies and procedures during all client interactions.
ใ~ใโช โข Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

ใ~ใโช โข Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a call center environment.
ใ~ใโช โข Fluency in English / Sinhala / Tamil.
ใ~ใโช โข Excellent communication and listening skills.
ใ~ใโช โข Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
ใ~ใโช โข Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
ใ~ใโช โข Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
ใ~ใโช โข High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields will be an advantage.
ใ~ใโช โข Experience in the e-commerce industry is desirable.
ใ~ใโช โข High level of empathy and patience.
ใ~ใโช โข Must be available to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
ใ~ใโช โข Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
