Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in automobile Engineering, automotive technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members.
• Strong problem – solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint,Email)
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
